How long is a service at WNLA?
In total, a Whatcom New Life service is about 70 minutes in length.
Services begin with the WNLA worship team leading the church in music -
song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or
engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music
portion of service is complete, one of our pastors will come out to
share a message of God's good news.
What's the culture like at WNLA... Do I have to wear a tie?
Sunday's at Whatcom New Life Assembly are exciting, casual, and relaxed.
You are free to dress as fancy or as casual as you’d like,
we want you to feel welcomed as our guest.
There is plenty of seating and accessible
to everyone, so if you have any special needs - don't worry! We have you
covered.
What about my kids?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week -
and at Whatcom New Life, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a
priority is your children’s safety. Because of that,
we have a check-in process for our New Life Kid's program that will take a few extra minutes the
first time that you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra five
minutes to get signed in for the WNLA Kids experience.
Kids ages 0-5 will be checked in and brought to their class before service.
Kids ages K-5th will be checked in before service, then worship with us in the sanctuary. They will dismissed after worship to enjoy a fun learning experience geared towards their age group!
